Welcome to Dina Pearl Art. By purchasing from dinapearlart.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Pricing

All original artwork and prints are accurately described and photographed. Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • All sales are final once payment is confirmed
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

3. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary by location (typically 5-10 business days for domestic orders)
  • International shipping may be subject to customs fees and duties (buyer's responsibility)
  • We ship carefully packaged artwork with tracking provided
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier

4. Original Artwork

  • Each original piece is one-of-a-kind and ships with a certificate of authenticity
  • Original artwork sales are final and non-refundable except in cases of damage during shipping
  • Buyers must inspect artwork upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours

5. Prints (Not yet available on site)

  • Prints are reproductions of original artwork
  • Print quality is guaranteed; defective prints will be replaced
  • Colors may vary slightly from digital images due to printing processes

6. Custom Commissions

  • Commission requests require a 50% non-refundable deposit
  • Completion time varies by project (typically 4-8 weeks)
  • Minor revisions included; significant changes may incur additional fees
  • Final payment due before shipping
  • Commission sales are final once work is completed

7. Returns & Exchanges

8. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, and designs are copyrighted by Dina Pearl
  • Purchase of artwork does not transfer reproduction rights
  • Images may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

Dina Pearl Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
