Original artworks and made-to-order prints are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review product photos, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at dina@dinapearlart.com with:

We’ll assess and, if approved, arrange a replacement (when possible) or a refund. Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Color & Display
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. This isn’t considered a defect.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders can be edited or canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, the order is final.
Shipping Policy (Summary)
Artwork ships via insured carrier. Processing and delivery timeframes are shown on each product page. Any customs/VAT duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel most non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, email dina@dinapearlart.com. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and you’re responsible for return shipping. Custom/personalized items are excluded from the cooling-off right.
Refunds (If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect an approved return or validate a damage claim, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Banks can take up to 10 business days to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days from our confirmation, contact us at dina@dinapearlart.com.
